Before buying any supplement, always ask yourself three questions:
    1. Do i need this supplement?

If you can get it from diet that is always preferable.  Things like vitamin D you can answer a question like this with a simple blood test at your GP 2) Is this supplement scientifically proven to do what its supposed to do? This is a tricky one for the regular person who has no background in science/research; so hopefully this is where i can help. It may surprise some people, but there are plenty of supplements on the market with little or no scientific evidence they work. 3) Has this product been made in the BEST way? Imagine i serve you a bowl of fruit.  You would be happy because they’re good for you and are full of nutrients. But imagine if i boil the fruits first, for a good 2 hours then served them to you. You would probably throw the plate back at me.  It is still fruit but i haven’t served them to you in the best way. I basically destroyed their nutrient content. It’s the same principle with supplements.  They need to be presented in their best form to be of any benefit. This is another tricky area to work out but there are some clues in the packaging to look out for. Until next time,
