Red tea is thought to be packed with nutrients and beneficial compounds.  But recent evidence suggests it may also boost metabolism and aid fat loss.

I personally never used red tea for losing weight, but i have come across a plethora of articles and research papers, that consistently referred to its benefits as a weight loss aid.

So perhaps, red tea dose have something.
